It got many tips and tricks to keep relationships evergreen and happy. Karrine tells you many things in the first chapters what are the most important things you (as the woman reader) must consider when entering a relationship with someone. Men like a challenge, and if you are the one who is constantly giving up anything and everything for him and he is still not happy with things or treats you bad, takes you for granted, etc he will not like the challenge aspect. You as the woman have the power to decide if the man you are with is worth his salt and if he does or does not deserve to be with you rather than some trashy girl.
