Eligibility Criteria

 
Age  No Age Limit
Educational Qualification Development Professionals with entrepreneurial mindset and having PG in Development Management / Rural Management / Social Work from reputed institutes i.e. IRMA, XIMB, TISS, IIFM, DMI, ISDM, APU or similar other national level institutes.
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in micro Enterprise promotion, Micro-finance, Rural Livelihoods, Social Research, Rural Marketing, Monitoring & Evaluation etc.
Skills Requirement Knowledge of Local Language of State  which applied for

Selection Method

The selection will be done on the basis of shortlisting (by preliminary Screening of applications)and a Personal Interview to be held online on a suitable date.

General Conditions
  1. Period Of Contract - The term of Contract would be for the period of Three years,extendable at the sole discretion of Bank for upto 2 Years
  2. The contract can be terminated at one months notice by either side
  3. The CTC offered is negotiable. Annual CTC will depend on Candidates Experience, Emoluments in present employment and Place of Posting  .
  4. Annual CTC shall be finalized on the performance
  5. Other condition- One one post/state applied by each candidate. Multiple application shall lead to Rejection.
