Educational Qualifications

• General Manager (Renewable):

(1) Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering / Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
(2) Desirable - Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.

• General Manager (New Technology):

(1) Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Chemical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
(2) Desirable - 02 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.

• General Manager (Contracts & Procurement):

(1) Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering / Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. (OR) Two years MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute / University.
(2) Desirable - Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.

• General Manager (HR & Administration):

(1) Degree in any Discipline.
(2) Two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from recognized Institute/ University (OR) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two year’s duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relation / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized Institute/ University.
(3) Master / Graduate Degree in Law is desirable

• Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 19 years of post-qualification executive experience.

Age Limit

• Age Limit for SECI General Manager Posts - Not more than 50 years as of closing date. Age relaxation as per rules.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
