Educational Qualifications

• Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject (OR)
• HSC Examination or equivalent examination with Odia as Medium of examination in non-language subject (OR)
• Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above from a school or educational institution recognized by the Govt. of Odisha and the Central Govt. (OR)
• Must have passed a test in India on Middle English School standards conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Govt. of Odisha.

Age Limit

• Minimum of 21 years (some posts require a minimum of 18 years).
• Maximum of 38 years as of 1st January 2023.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
• All Indian candidates can apply 
• Gender - Male/Female

• 25,500 - 81,100/- Level-7 for Junior Stenographer Posts.
• ₹ 19900 - 63200/- Level-4 for Junior Grade Typist, Junior Typist, Typist cum Copyist and DEO posts.

Selection Process

• The selection process takes place in 4 stages as follows:
• Stage I: Preliminary Examination
• Stage II: Main Written Examination
• Stage III: Computer Skill Test / Stenography Test / Typing Test / Data Entry Operator Test
• Stage IV: Certificate Verification
