Educational Qualifications

• Officer- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University, Basic knowledge of computer application.  Minimum 1 Year Work Experience in any Housing. Finance Company /Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loans. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as a count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
• Officer- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University, Basic knowledge of computer application.  Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in any Housing Finance Company / Banks/NBFC dealing in mortgage loans. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as a count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
• Sr. Officer (HR) - Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University and Two years of full-time master's degrees with a specialization in HR. Basic knowledge of computer applications must. Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in the HR Department. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as a count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
• Sr. Officer (Compliance)- Semi-qualified Company Secretary (Executive).Basic knowledge of computers. Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in the Company Secretarial and Compliance Department. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as a count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
