Educational Qualifications

Customer Service Executive:

• Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
• Preferences will be given to candidates having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
•  Should be proficient in the use of a PC.
• Good command of spoken and written English apart from Hindi.

Junior Customer Service Executive:

•  Matric with 12th (10+2) Passes from a recognized board.
• Preferences will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
• Should be proficient in the use of a PC.
• Good command of spoken and written English apart from that Hindi.

Age Limit

• Maximum 28 years for General. Age relaxation 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC / ST.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
• All Indian candidates can apply
